STEEMCHURCH: FAITH IN GOD MAKES YOU WIN.

Source

Faith is in the present tense. He believes now. He receives it now. Act now One of the great differences between faith and hope is in the verb tense. Hope is generally related to the future, while faith is related to the present. It is, then, faith the certainty of what is expected, the conviction of what is not seen. (Hebrews 11: 1)

How do we acquire faith?

So faith is by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Romans 10: 17

The best way to obtain faith is by hearing the Word of God. It is important that we not only listen with our ears but also listen with our hearts. Hearing the Word of God in our hearts requires an open mind and hunger for the message of God.

FAITH OVERCOMES OBSTACLES.

"WHEN JESUS SEES THE FAITH OF THEM, he said to the paralytic: Son, your sins are forgiven you"
(Mark 2: 5).

Genuine faith overcomes the objections of reason, the senses, logic and opposition, whatever that may be. The story of the four friends who brought the paralytic to Jesus to heal him shows it.

FAITH MAKES THE DIFFERENCE.

"But Jesus told Jairo: DO NOT BE AFRAID. BELIEVE IN ME. "(Mark 5:36).

Jairo, the principal of the synagogue, who lived in Capernaum, came to look for Jesus to take him home, because his only daughter, a teenager about 12 years old, was seriously ill.
Faith leads us to make high-risk decisions (Genesis 12: 1-5)

As he left Ur of the Chaldeans, Abraham was risking his possessions, his belongings, his family, and everything he had reached up to that moment to follow the Lord. The Christian consecrated to God is willing to risk everything to venture to go after what God has told him. Many Christians find it hard to make decisions. They ignore that our future depends not only on the opportunities we have in life, but also on the decisions we make in the face of those opportunities, and they choose to let them pass without getting their hands on them. Abraham chose to leave his family and achieved what God had told him.

Faith Is Not a Feeling.

Sometimes people base their spiritual experiences on feelings and emotions. Problems arise when feelings and emotions change. If they have not been rooted in the Word of God, doubt will arise whether the experience has been genuine or not. For faith to be consistent, it must be based on something more stable than our feelings. Our faith must be based on Jesus. For this reason Abraham did not hesitate to leave his land and his family took his wife, he took what he had to take and that attitude led him to be the father of faith until today I urge you to put all your trust in God so pray for you so that you have strength and can achieve what God said is yours, run, do not look back, see God, always do not doubt, act like these people in the bible. Do not let yourself be carried away by logic or reason or the senses. these characters of the bible dominated a bold faith
Our faith must be based on Jesus.

Put your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of the faith, who for the joy set before him suffered the cross, despising the reproach, and sat at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12: 2

No person is saved because he feels saved. She is saved because she has believed in the only begotten Son of God. Faith is the ability that the Holy Spirit gives us to believe what God affirms us from his Word.

YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE YOUR TIMES HAVING FAITH.
