My contribution as Apostle of Steemchurch.

My dear brothers and sisters of @Steemchurch today I want to talk a little about what I have been meditating for many days and the Lord has been talking about effective communication, although I write constantly here, my experiences of life, there are many of you who also write me through the chat, and in the daily work perhaps I have not had the time to address all those concerns. So, why not go that extra mile that God always demands of us: graces of grace what grace have we received?

My mind is like a volcano erupting, when it comes to doing things for the service of God. Two nights ago, I was asking God, what can I do to help people? to which he replied he only spends time and is the greatest gift you can give. It is true that there is much need in the world, but the greatest need is to restore hearts through the love of Christ, teach people that today God loves, yearns for them, wants them to return home, tell him that the Father continues to love them, no matter the past, the only mistakes he loves. Today faith, hope and love remain but the greatest of all is Love.

Help them grow as a person, as a leader and in faith with God. I do not move out of necessity but by faith. My children today feel lonely, like sheep that have no shepherd, some cry, despair, and need to be heard.

Communication is one of the most important skills that every leader must learn and master, it depends to a great extent on the success of your work or your company. Assertive communication such as public speaking or public speaking are essential elements any type of leadership.

I have decided to place at the disposal of the brothers who wish orientation on a specific topic in what can help them, guide or simply wish biblical counseling, which is called:

I will assist you in an individualized way to face the different stages of your personal or ministerial life.

You can use the sessions to:

Resolve a specific topic through a confidential and personalized session to your urgent needs, where you need support.

Direct access, independent, confidential and without prejudice. My greatest wish is to listen to you and help you.
How continuous training to learn more through modules designed specifically to cover key aspects.

Who are these personalized consultations for?

Mentoring is addressed to men and women who are in the battlefield, serving the Lord and who need accompaniment in some area. And those people who wish to be heard on issues of common good.

Great men and women have always been able to point the people who made the difference in their lives.

It is a gift to have a mentor, confidant and guide by your side. Our mentor and leader @Sirknight is a fighting man, who has done great things for us and will continue to do so, but we need to help him in this process as well. He is a human being, who feels, suffers and has a life, a family.

Some of the benefits of having personalized help include:

Support and personalized experience in both ministerial and personal areas.
Help in the clarification of ideas, challenges and important decision making.
Opportunity to learn from my experience.
Development of ministerial and personal trust.
A way of drainage, catharsis and reduction of stress related to the ministry and personal crises.
A hand, a shoulder of support and support from a battle partner who will join to face challenges at your side. (You will not be alone).

An apostle is someone with a mission, a commission from God to carry out a specific purpose, in a specific place and with the authority of the King. The word apostle means sent. There is no such thing as being an apostle without being sent, without going out and executing a mission. If you are not sent, you are not an apostle.

The apostle John Eckhardt says it this way: "There are those who think that a person has to be perfect and infallible to walk in the call of an apostle, but we must realize that all the gifts of the ministry are gifts of grace. They are given for thanks and are not earned. You have them or you do not have them. Paul recognized that he was not worthy to be called an apostle, and he was worthy of it by the grace of God. "

One must think of the apostles as ambassadors, Bill Hamon, author of Apostles, Prophets and the Coming Moves of God (Apostles, prophets and the coming divine movements), see this clearly. He says: "The basic meaning of the root (of an apostle) is" one sent as representative of another ", with the power and authority of the representative proceeding from the one who sends it. They are like ambassadors representing a country. "
It is important to remember that the apostles are human beings. They have their good days and bad days, because they have no divine nature, they can make many mistakes. I remember hearing John Kelly say: "Some people think that the apostles shine in the dark. It is not like this!".

What we should have is a willing heart to help, that is my desire,

With love,
