SOLUTIONS TO COMMON PROBLEMS IN MARRIAGE

Greetings to you all beloved people, I want to share with you some little marriage problems.

  • DAILY STRESS
Daily stressors don't need equal marriage problems, but they can make worse problems that already exist. As with financial stress, general daily stress can test patience and optimism, leaving couples with less to give to one another emotionally.

The solution is to plan your daily chores. Make sure you have enough rest. When tired, rest. Your body and marriage needs it. Do not become lazy, but learn to take rest when your body cries out for it.

  • BUSY SCHEDULES
Marriage problems can result from overly-busy schedules for a few reasons. First, couples who are very busy may find themselves generally stressed as well, especially if they are not taking care of themselves with quality sleep and good nutrition. Additionally, they may find themselves less connected because they have less time to spend together, and more separateness in their lives. Finally, if they don't work together as a team (even if they don't coordinate to cover all responsibilities well) the may find themselves fighting over who's taking care of which household and social responsibilities. Again while busy schedules don't automatically lead to marriage problems, they don't present a challenge that needs to be worked through.

The solution to this is planning and team work. Discuss freely about your schedules, work life and assignments, so you can work together to integrate things to suit your relationship and home. Work must not be allowed to stress your marriage. Make time for each other and the children despite your busy schedules.
