MEDITATE ON GODS WORD

If you know how to worry, then you know how to meditate. Meditation simply means to think about something or a particular thing or something over and over again. Meditating on God's word is a major way you can find deliverance from worrying. Just as we once formed habit in worrying which is meditating on a particular challenges or situation about our life, we can form the habit of meditating on God's Word. Just read a portion of the Bible that comfort you, and think through them over and over in your mind. Believe in them and let it sink into your mind. Do it on purpose.

As soon as you are facing a difficult situation that tempts you to worry, begin to confess and meditate on the scripture. In this way, you do warfare with the enemy of your soul which is satan.

When you begin to worry, go find something to do, get busy being a blessing to someone; thinking about it does no good; it serves only to make you miserable. Above all else, remember that worrying is totally useless. Worrying will not solve your problem. Have a mindset that God is in total control of your life. Don't allow yourself worry over nothing because worry can't solve your problem rather it will compound them. let your word be that God is in control and He will do it.... And if He has not done it, let it remain undone.
