dead simple steemcast today but still might be useful to a few of you, it’s a simple thing in a free piece of software called keynote to make some genlocked animation overlays, they are normally called lower thirds but because i’m going to be putting them in different places around the video let’s just call them animations. doing animation inside of keynote is so damn simple anyone can do it. you really should take another look at what you can do, you can even make banners and footers with it, export them as video and then use a gif converter to be able to embed them on your steemit blog — both iMovie and keynote i believe are free!
yes i realise that iMovie is crappy but it does the job and tbh not being overloaded with features means i can get stuff done, that being said, i do want to get final cut x when i get the new 4k camera for doing much better filming, edits and cinemagraph mashups.
