The total vote limit per user has been reduced to 1 so it will recharge rc as much as it is used all the users in my follow base will get 1 upvote per day at 100% upvote power voting is paused till voting power is above 50% you can additionally delegate some sp to this account to increase overall upvote value either own sp or via blocktrades.us not required but much appreciated 😊
