#Steemit Registered Accounts per day 2018
Target of 2.7 million Accounts by the end of 2018
As we fast approach 600,000 Registered Accounts on #Steemit, I am pleased to say that I have set a conservative target of 2.7 million Accounts by the end of 2018.
With now no fewer than 584,296 Registered Account on #Steemit, 2018 has kicked off to an amazing start.
Averaging 4,949 Accounts per day
These last 8 days has seen a jaw dropping 39,589 New Accounts registered on #Steemit, averaging no fewer than 4,949 Accounts per day.
Using this average of 4,949 Accounts per day and applying a growth rate of 20%, I am now setting a 2018 Year End Target at 2,700,000 Accounts.

These 2,700,000 individual Registered Accounts does not take into allowance any leveraging of the #Steem Blockchain with the issuance of the #SmartMediaTokens #SMT, with the first ones expected to be rolled out shortly.
By leveraging the #Steem Blockchain with #SmartMediaTokens #SMT will have the effect of multiplying the Registered Accounts by many multiples, as the #SmartMediaTokens in essence act as one Registered User, though it will be backed by multiple Subscribers from the platform issuing them.
This multiple Subscriber base will effectively leverage the number of Registered Accounts by 10's, 100's, 1,000's possibly 1,000,000's of times.
This is why 2018 is going to be yet another Awesome Year for #Steemit and the #Steem Blockchain..!!
