Plus if all whales sells their so called smart media token ( aka steem power and steem dollars) when price goes high and leave...Steemit is destined to collapse if they don't help to promote new comers and sustain them in long-term.
One way is to distribute STEEM POWER to all in balanced way based on the quality of the contents, and adjust its value by weighting the authors contribution and activity. It should not be based on much $$ initially one put to get these coin at cheap price or inherited them with the promise to promote this platform .
