I’m a licensed cosmetologist. I have been for 14 years now. I have scars on my fingers and knuckles from years of accidental snips and cuts. In the industry, it’s a little bit of a joke when you cut yourself for the first time, it means you are a true hairstylist. So I wear my little scars with pride and thankfully, I’ve never needed stitches from a cut. (Excuse me while I go knock some wood)
