Myself @guidesteemit here with a new idea for Steemians as part of a new project of Brotherhood community(Discord channel link: https://discord.gg/2ZUkm2f). @BROTHERHOOD is new bid-bot and you have chance to receive upvote by 15000k sp
The project is to start a Steem lottery per week and winners will be rewarded with Steem.
The project will be started with 100 Steem from us and users are provided with an option to buy lottery and there will be a draw every Sunday 2 PM UTC time.

How this works?
Users are supposed to purchase a ticket before 12 PM UTC time on Sunday by transferring 0.5 Steem to @guidesteemit account and provide 6 numbers between 1 to 90 as guesses and transfer 0.5 SBD (with your Steemit user name in memo) as part of charges and for buying the Steem for future lotteries.
We will have live draw of 6 numbers at 2 PM UTC time using google random number generator(you can search on google about google random number generator for more info) and results will be shown live on our youtube channel and dlive app.
How the Winner(s) will be selected?
The winner will be the one with the maximum number of correct guesses and below is a detailed description for the same.
- Suppose someone guesses all the 6 numbers correctly, then he/she will be awarded with 100% Steem, i.e 100Steem as a winner award.
- If there are no 6 correct guesses, then user with 5 correct guesses will be awarded with 50% of the Steem, i.e 50 Steem.
- If there are no 5 correct guesses, then user with 4 correct guesses will be awarded with 40% of the Steem i.e 40 Steem.
- If there are no 4 correct guesses, then user with 3 correct guesses will be awarded with 30% of Steem i.e 30 Steem.
- If there are no 3 correct guesses, then the initial 100 Steem + your steem which you bought ticket will be added to the next week's lottery.
- In case there are multiple correct guesses, then the lottery amount will be equally divided and distributed among the users who correctly guesses maximum numbers.
Usage of Steem won
This is the most important point to be noted, the Steem won by users will be released in part and the same has to be used for powering up to add Steem Power without fail upon first transfer of Steem and subsequent transfers will be upon confirmation of powering up.
If the Steem Prize amount is accumulated to500, we will re-visit the ticket purchasing amount and charges part and the details will be provided through a blog.
Bonus Votes from @brotherhood account
To make the things interesting and to support the users who write original content, we will check the posts of users who bought tickets and provide random upvotes from @brotherhood bid-bot account which curently has approximately 15000K delegated SP.
This is in accordance with the @guidesteemit Discord channel and a token of bonus gratitude to our users.
We just hope that users finds this interesting and this provides some sort of fun to the Steemians.
Below are the numbered steps for quick reference:
- Users need to buy a ticket before 12 noon UTC time of Sunday by sending 1 Steem to @brotherhood account and guess 6 numbers between 1 to 90 and provide it as part of memo.
- Send 0.5 SBD to @guidesteemit account by writing your Steemit account name in memo.
- Every Sunday by 2 PM UTC time, join our dlive app and/or our youtube channel for the live results and know about the winner.
- Users need to use the Steem for powering up and the Steem will be shared in parts with the users once we get a confirmation of powering up the previously transferred Steem.
The details of winners will also be provided through a blog.
@brotherhood account is with 15000 SP and we are even planning to support our users with upvotes. We will keep you updated on our regular update posts on this.
