Great! GREAT ARTICLE!! The culture NOW seems to be , "who ever is the most sensitive is right and therefore everyone else must suffer". You really touch on liberty not just for the few but for all. And this is lost in our media and schools and politics for years. It is scary. I truly feel these JUSTIFIED removal of liberty for the safety of the public was the same technics used by Hitler and Stalin. Yet those who scream WE NEED LIBERTY!!... are accussed to be heartless and cruel.

A small correction , or input.. I would argue that family members of the criminally guilty are punished by removing that person from their lives. But I get your drift. So if you see a family member break the law it is in your best interest to redirect them if you want to keep them in your life.

MAN!! I'm loving your article and form of writting. I wish there was a HIGHLIGHT feature on steemit so I could vote just on each section or sentence. LOL

I love this!!

"Americans should be wary of any attempt to restrict the freedom of a group because of an individual’s actions. Today, the discussion may be guns control. Tomorrow, it might be political dissent. Next week, it could be a right to a jury." It could be a religion or same sex marriage.
