#Why my topic is "GRATITUDE" today?

"GRATITUDE" its a big thing , I am not such an expert that i can explain it very clearly .Even then I gonna share some of my thinking about "GRATITUDE". Many of us do not know that gratitude plays an important role in several historical movements, and that gratitude is now becoming an important part of psychology research.

Gratitude is an emotion similar to appreciation that most people are familiar with. Most of us associate gratitude with saying “thank you” to someone who has helped us or given us a gift. From a scientific perspective, gratitude is not just an action. Gratitude is a positive emotion, which is really important because it serves a purpose.
