Religion is a beautiful introduction to our lives, but then when something intended for the good of man is abused, then we are in for a serious shocker.
I am a young Nigerian with vast interest in the social media as it is a platform one can use in for breaking molds and the yoke of mental and I dare say spiritual slavery many of us are victims of.
Our traditions began the shaping of our mindsets then religion and religious bigots made it worse.
Over a period of time, with the introduction of social media, we have heard, seen and read of some who are called preachers and pastors carry out some inhuman acts all in the name of conducting deliverance of some sort.
We are a class of human beings who have decided to leave our brains dormant and idle just because we have TOLD lies that once a person opens his or her mouth to call himself a preacher, automatically every word that comes out of their mouth is to be BELIEVED because they are FROM GOD.
My grievance is the temerity with which they make this bogus claims.
We all have a brain and WE must make use of our brains.
