The last two minutes of the game was so crucial for San Miguel when the Batang Pier rallied and closes the lead to three points. But Chris Ross stretched the score with a two free-throws and Northport made a turnover on the last minute.

San Miguel Beermen has two games left for the elimination round in PBA Governors Cup. They still have the chance to make it on the top 4 if they will win on their remaining games. Above them is Blackwater Elite who only have 6 wins and 3 losses. San Miguel is still hoping for a top four finish. Currently, they are on the momentum with a three straight win so theres a big possibility that they can win on their remaining games.
