Welcome back for this 3rd training session.
On this session we will be kicking it even harder than before!
As a warm up... we skip the warm up!
Straight to catching and blocking whatever a loose cannon of a student could throw at you.
Sounds crazy? That's because it is... but we need to get ready to handle the worst ;-)
After this, we turn up the speed and use some of our newer instructors to practice head-down spotting.
Remember that the spotter is the one holding the guy trying to fly upside-down.
Anyhow! This is very nice but I now it's time to watch the little video!
