Camby entered the association in 1996. He was drafted by Toronto Raptors as a second pick of the draft. During his 19 years in the league Marcus played in 973 games for a total of six different teams. After the first two seasons in Canada he went to play for the New York Knicks and the ageing Patrick Ewing. The "Cambyman", as he was known, played his best basketball as a part of Denver Nuggets in the 2000's where he played with Carmelo Anthony and Allen Iverson. He played there for six seasons putting up a stat-line of 10 points, 11 rebounds and 3 blocks. However the team failed to provide any success and he left the Mile-High city for the glamorous Los Angeles where he played for two season as a member of the Clippers. After that he went on to play another three seasons for Portland and a single season in Houston before ending his career back at the Madison Square Garden as a 38 year-old.
