Formula 1, Vettel Won GP Belgium

Sebastian Vettel seized victory in the GP of Formula 1 Belgium. The Ferrari driver was to finish in front of Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen who climbed the podium 2-3.

The race at Spa Francorchamps, Sunday (26/8/2018) night EDT tinged incident after the start. Nico Hulkenberg's car slammed into the back of Fernando Alonso until his car to drift, and then bumped into Charles Leclerc.

The trio immediately out of the race. Meanwhile, Daniel Ricciardo, Kimi Raikkonen, and Valtteri Bottas also suffered damage in another incident at the same time so it must directly enter the pit.

Raikkonen briefly continued the race, but came out in the eighth round due to having problems on his car. Ricciardo drove up to 28 rounds before then decides go back to the garage and could not continue the race.

In the initial round of Vettel overtakes Hamilton to seize pole position. Vettel won control of it and keeping the position until the finish line.

Hamilton had to settle for a second place finish with a time difference of up to 11 seconds from Vettel, followed by the top three Verstappen. Bottas finished fourth, followed by Sergio Perez, and Esteban Ocon.

Romain Grosejan, Kevin Magnussen, Pierre Gasly, and Marcus Ericsson completes the top 10.

Hamilton still leading in the Championship with 231 points, followed by Vettel who approached with 214 points. Raikkonen's top three had 146 points, winning only two points from Bottas.
