The Sleeping Sickness In Me

Many people always make mention of sleeping sickness but I always believe them because I am the type that doesn't sleep during the daytime. I always deem it fit to remain sleepless and focus on what I love doing. Sometimes I get carried away by surfing the internet. I have been the one trying to push sleep away from me just because of my nature during the afternoon hours. Sleeping as they say is the antidote to good health. This fact is real. We all believe it except for some special reasons just like mine. Some people detest sleeping due to the nature of their work which may cause them to fall sick. I have the habit of not sleeping during the afternoon because when I do, I fall sick. This is what I call sleeping sickness. For some days now we have been on holidays and to many people it is seen as days of happiness and days during which they need to rest. Yes we need to rest when we have holidays but to me I prefer working and sleeping at night instead of during the day time. On Thursday we started the midterm break as I am a teacher. This same day I was at home throughout without taking an inch outside. My wife prepared food and I ate as usual after which I slept off. I was somehow happy sleeping during the day for the first time without falling sick. It went successfully without problem on Thursday but on Friday the reverse was the case. I slept off when it was 11 a.m. and woke up at 3 p.m. To me, I called this abnormal sleeping and I was truly enjoying it during this period. But when I woke up I felt something within me as if I was going to be sick. I told my wife about it and she rushed to a nearby chemist to get me some drugs. After taking the drugs I became agile but was still having the feeling of sickness within me. Sometimes one needs to study himself or herself to the fullest before doing some things that ought not to be done. I have truly studied myself and have gotten the mindset that sleeping in the afternoon can cause me sickness. I love teaching throughout the day but at night nobody will disturb my sleep. I do sleep by 10 or 11 p.m. and wake up around 5 a.m. which I do to get prepared for work. We are humans full of feelings. On Saturday, Sunday and today being Monday I decided to help my wife in the shop instead of sleeping at home which may cause bad health to me. Sleeping is good and indeed the best but to me, I have time when I do sleep. I can wake up around and be healthy when I sleep during the night but during the day is something else. This is one of the reasons why I always teach round the clock except during the night. I just want to use this medium to tell you to do what you love doing at the right time and do not let anyone dictate for you. Sleep when it's your choice to, but don't sleep forcefully. We are to resume tomorrow, being Tuesday back to school. I'm so happy just because I have to teach once again. Although, I still teach even during the midterm. I go to two student's houses to teach them. It was a bargain I have made with their parents which they have to pay me monthly. In a nutshell, it is called a home lesson.

Muchas personas siempre mencionan la enfermedad del sueño, pero yo siempre les creo porque soy del tipo que no duerme durante el día. Siempre considero adecuado quedarme sin dormir y concentrarme en lo que amo hacer. A veces me dejo llevar navegando por internet. Yo he sido el que ha tratado de quitarme el sueño solo por mi naturaleza durante las horas de la tarde. Dormir como dicen es el antídoto para la buena salud. Este hecho es real. Todos lo creemos excepto por algunas razones especiales como la mía. Algunas personas detestan dormir debido a la naturaleza de su trabajo, lo que puede hacer que se enfermen. Tengo la costumbre de no dormir durante la tarde porque cuando lo hago me enfermo. Esto es lo que yo llamo la enfermedad del sueño. Desde hace unos días estamos de vacaciones y para muchas personas son días de alegría y días de descanso. Sí, necesitamos descansar cuando tenemos vacaciones, pero para mí prefiero trabajar y dormir de noche en lugar de durante el día. El jueves comenzamos las vacaciones de mitad de período ya que soy profesor. Ese mismo día estuve en casa todo el tiempo sin sacar un centímetro fuera. Mi esposa preparó la comida y yo comí como de costumbre, después de lo cual me dormí. De alguna manera estaba feliz de dormir durante el día por primera vez sin enfermarme. Salió con éxito sin problemas el jueves, pero el viernes sucedió lo contrario. Me dormí cuando eran las 11 a.m. y me desperté a las 3 p.m. Para mí, llamé a esto sueño anormal y realmente lo disfruté durante este período. Pero cuando me desperté sentí algo dentro de mí como si fuera a enfermarme. Se lo conté a mi esposa y ella corrió a una farmacia cercana para que me consiguiera algunos medicamentos. Después de tomar las drogas me volví ágil pero todavía tenía la sensación de enfermedad dentro de mí. A veces uno necesita estudiarse a sí mismo al máximo antes de hacer algunas cosas que no se deben hacer. Realmente me he estudiado a mí mismo y he adquirido la mentalidad de que dormir por la tarde puede causarme náuseas. Me encanta enseñar durante el día, pero por la noche nadie perturbará mi sueño. Duermo a las 10 u 11 p.m. y me levanto alrededor de las 5 a.m., lo que hago para prepararme para el trabajo. Somos humanos llenos de sentimientos. El sábado, domingo y hoy siendo lunes decidí ayudar a mi esposa en la tienda en lugar de dormir en casa lo que me puede causar problemas de salud. Dormir es bueno y de hecho lo mejor, pero para mí, tengo tiempo cuando duermo. Puedo despertarme y estar saludable cuando duermo durante la noche, pero durante el día es otra cosa. Esta es una de las razones por las que siempre enseño durante todo el día, excepto durante la noche. Solo quiero usar este medio para decirte que hagas lo que amas hacer en el momento adecuado y que no dejes que nadie dicte por ti. Duerme cuando sea tu elección, pero no duermas a la fuerza. Estamos para retomar mañana, siendo martes regreso a clases. Estoy tan feliz solo porque tengo que enseñar una vez más. Aunque, todavía enseño incluso durante el examen parcial. Voy a dos casas de estudiantes para enseñarles. Fue un trato que hice con sus padres que me tienen que pagar mensualmente. En pocas palabras, se llama una lección en casa.
