You know, sometimes things seem to us very obvious, and we forget how difficult websites or games are to navigate sometimes. I remember trying to locate the Guild Shop to my first packs, and I was clicking everywhere on the guild page - couldn't find it!
Then, when I did find the right page and buy a pack, I couldn't quite figure out how it opened. It was all a little bit frustrating.
To that end, I've love to take you through the process in a very simple screen recording, which will end in my opening of my best pack ever! Stay with me for the big reveal!
First thing first, on the navigation bar at the top right of the screen, you'll need to click on the 'Shop' logo. Once you hit the landing page, you then hit the 'Guild' bar on the right hand side.
On this page, you'll then be able to buy your Gladius Case, provided
- Your guild has the shop unlocked
- You have earned 2000 merits in brawls
Once you've purchased your Gladius Case, you then need to go to your navigation bar at the top left of the screen. You then click on the 'Open' button. This will take you to the below landing page. Now, the first time I got here, I was clicking away at the Gladius Case and nothing was happening, the trick is: you drag the case into the circle and it will open:
Then the magic starts to happen, as the case spins, readying itself to give you its bounty:
Once the case stops spinning, it will have five turned over cards. The next step is to click each card, this will turn it over and reveal your prize:

So there you have it, hopefully you'll be winning merits and buying up gladius packs too; they're fun to open - and when you get a lucky card turn around, it feels absolutely super!
