Hello friends!
As this is my very first post in share your Battle weekly challenge I will present myself first. I arrived to this fantastic 😍 world the 1st of September of this year. I am in the middle of two feelings. Somedays I feel I arrived Splinterlands too late 😌 and sometimes I feel that the final boom hasn't come yet 🤩. As a deckbuilder gamer of Magic the Gathering, I do love this game. It's fast, looking simple but full of strategy, and has the blockchain side such necessary for me nowadays 🤑. I always say to myself that I hope my 200 € wastings en Clash Royale would have turned two years before in a Splinterlands investment. I won 6k trophies for nothing.
But life it's formed by action and not by regrets. And here I am. Trying to write some good content to new arrivals like me, and trying to attract more players to this community. By the way I am writing some posts giving advices to manage the account budget efficient via Peakmonsters Budget optimization via Peakmonsters and giving some Bronze / Silver in game advices Venari MVP
This is my first season that I have reached Silver 3 and it's thanks to Daria Dragonscale (she is giving me 15k power for just 50 DEC Day). And here is where the weekly challenge comes.
I was very lucky because the first fight that I wanted to share was a Melee Madness with light shield for all the cards. I was sure that picking Life with Daria would be my best chance. Battle cap was at 44 energy:
Positions where
- First: Goblin Mech. Loving his hight attack armor piercing. As there were no chances to find magic. Was a must
- Second: Shield bearer: buying time to Goblin Mech will be crucial.
- Silvershield Knight: Double attack combo always funny.
- Sand Worm: Who wants a 7 attack sneaker? Me!
- Uraeus: For three mana 3 attack armored sneaker? Are we on sales?
- Venari Crystalsmith: Finally adding some help never disturbs. Life is life!
As you can see, my opponent didn't understand the fight, because he didn't use all the mana. But I think that we can learn some interesting points in this fight:
- Dragon - Daria is an interesting option for blue and light to build +2 attack combo to all creatures in Silver level (adding Knight or Demented Shark)
- This accumulative bonus can turn low budget criatures in authentic Serial killers like Uraeus for just 3 mana!
