The destructive illusion and sweetness of the phenomenon

Beautiful but deceived, LeftRight

I was stunned for a while by the two pictures introduced in a post from three years ago. Sharing Some Beautiful Art

It reminds me of the famous phrase of Diamond Sutra

He who sees me by outward appearance
(And) seeks me in sound,
Treads the heterodox path
(And) cannot perceive the Tathagata..
若以色見我
以音聲求我
是人行邪道
不能見如來

It is clear that we are living in a dream in that we must not be deceived by the visible phenomena. The more beautiful the visible phenomenon, the greater the pain of loss. But if you brainwash yourself like this, you're only a pessimist. Because extreme thoughts are detrimental to your mental health. All you need is to have wisdom(insight) to penetrate and understand facing the essence.

So life is difficult. Beautiful, but in the end we used to have been deceived.

"THE SIRENS: It seems that they sang, but in a way that did not satisfy, because they only let hear the direction towards which the true sources and the true happiness of the song opened. However, because of their imperfect songs, which were still only a song to come, they led the navigator towards that space where the singing would really begin. Therefore, they were not deceiving him, they were actually leading to the goal. But, after reaching 1st place, what happened? What was that place? The one where it was only possible to disappear, because music, in that region of source and origin, disappeared more completely than in any other place in the world: sea where, with covered ears, the living were capsized and where the Sirens, giving a proof of their good will, they also had to disappear one day ”- Maurice Blanchot, The Song of the Sirens
