Hello my dear steemians, hope you all are doing well.

Meditation is the tongue of the soul and the language of our spirit.

How to meditation in a correct way

  1. Close your eyes and relax your body.
  2. Bring yourself to a relaxed state of consciousness.
  3. Slowly the everthing feels down.
  4. Let everything go and just exist in this moment of eternal now.
  5. Then, take some deep breaths.
  6. Take a deep slow inhale and hold it for a couple of seconds.
  7. Then, let it go and upon exhaling release everthing that doesn't serve you.
  8. Take several breaths and vizualize yourself releasing all attachments and everthing that binds you to this 3rd density world.
  9. Then raise your vibration.
  10. Then we will now introduce and vizualize the healing liquid light.
  11. Vizualize the following messages from the higher beings on manifesting this healing and fear releasing energy.
  12. The flow begins in celestial realms of watching as the crystalline river cimed through the beginning of time and space and flows down through the crown chakra is about to open.
  13. Then after sometimes, dlowly bring yourself back into being aware of your surrounding.
