El café es un regalo para todos los sentidos, además nos ayuda a promover conversaciones agradables, el diálogo honesto y una sobremesa prolongada y agradable. De ahí que los cafés se asocian a conversaciones interesantes, a la amistad y a círculos intelectuales.
The coffee is a gift for all the senses, in addition it helps us to promote pleasant conversations, the honest dialogue and a prolonged and pleasant dessert. Hence the cafes are associated with interesting conversations, friendship and intellectual circles.
Los amantes del café preferimos el café espresso, sólo, sin aditamentos. Pero, ¿qué debemos esperar de un buen café espresso?, ¿cómo es el café ideal?

El grano de café madurado en su punto exacto, es el protagonista para tener como resultado un delicioso café: bien recolectado y por supuesto, bien tostado. Los mejores son los arábica

Un molino es un detalle importante que nos va permitir regular la molienda a nuestro gusto para obtener la crema deseada

El agua debe ser agua mineral de baja mineralización, o en su defecto agua muy pura, lo suficientemente neutra.

La temperatura: entre 80º y 90º centígrados. Nunca se lleva a ebullición.

La cafetera: la más recomendable es la cafetera clásica de expreso tipo italiana con vaporizador, y ajustada con la presión correcta. En este caso, su propio calderin a través del termostato regula la temperatura.

La taza es muy importante a la hora de servir el café. Deben ser finas y de porcelana blanca. Previamente calentada, y con fondo convexo, para de esta manera crear una mejor crema.
