LA Escultura ubicada en el parque principal de itagui, Medellin Antioquia, Colombia representando a diego echavarria (empresario y filantropo) es muy importante para el municipio ya que este señor dono gran parte de su dinero a los municipios del valle de aburra entre estos itagui. en 1946 construyo la fundacion biblioteca de itagui (obra favorita del señor diego).
el reto, elaborada por salvador arango en 1941 - 1943; esta escultura esta ubicada en el parque artista de itagui es una de las esculturas mas importantes de la ciudad y la region por que ha recibido reconocimientos como obra destacada de antioquia y de la ciudad. esta´ inspirada en los retos de la humanidad y su importancia para darle un sentido a la vida.
