Vamos con otra colaboración de muchos quilates. En esta ocasión se juntan los americanos de The veil Brewing y los ingleses de Cloudwater. Palabras mayores. Dos de las mejores cerveceras mundiales que acuden fieles a su cita de colaboración. Quizá se lan dos marcas que más he visto trabajando juntos. Sus famosas Chubbles, son dignas de enmarcar. Pero estas V series son ya míticas también. La verdad es que cuando dos genios se juntan... nada puede salir mal.

Las V series intentan abordar nuevos enfoques y suelen ser bastante experimentales. En esta ocasión y tal como explican los propios chicos de The Veil, se centraron en modular la temperatura del mosto resultante del hervido y jugar con ella, con el objetivo de producir una cerveza más limpia y sabrosa. La verdad, aunque he elaborado muchas cervezas en mi propia casa y en fábricas de amigos, mi nivel no llega a diferenciar si ha habido cambios en la cerveza por estas variaciones.
El resultado, como siempre, es un cervezón de los que da pena que se acabe y miras la nevera para ver si hay otra lata igual y llevártela a casa.
Un 9.99 es mi valoración. Y es que... la IPA perfecta no existe.
Let's go with another collaboration of many carats. On this occasion the Americans from The veil Brewing and the English from Cloudwater come together. Bigger words. Two of the best world brewers who faithfully attend their collaboration event. Maybe two brands that I have seen working together the most are launched. His famous Chubbles are worthy of framing. But these V series are already legendary too. The truth is that when two geniuses come together... nothing can go wrong.

V series try to take new approaches and are usually quite experimental. On this occasion and as the guys from The Veil themselves explain, they focused on modulating the temperature of the wort resulting from boiling and playing with it, with the aim of producing a cleaner and more flavorful beer. The truth is, although I have made many beers in my own home and in friends' factories, my level does not differentiate whether there have been changes in the beer due to these variations.
The result, as always, is a beer that you are sad to run out of and you look in the fridge to see if there is another can like it and take it home.
A 9.99 is my rating. And the thing is... the perfect IPA does not exist.
