Buongiorno amici, oggi ho deciso di dare il via ad una rubrica dove cercherò di presentarvi e spiegarvi le peculiarità di alcuni strumenti che si utilizzano quando si tratta di musica elettronica e produzione.
Good morning friends, today I decided to start a new section where I will try to introduce you and explain the peculiarities of some instruments that are used when it comes to electronic music and production.
Partiamo con uno strumento che ho scoperto da poco tempo ma che mi ha fatto subito innamorare:
Si chiama OP-1 è un sintetizzatore, sampler e sequencer che è stato sviluppato dalla Teenage Engineering nel 2011.
Come potete vedere è composto da una tastiera midi, delle knob multifunzione, un display AMOLED e la parte di browsing con i tasti stop, play, edit e altri ancora, è inoltre dotato di uno speaker, un microfono e una batteria che lo rendono portatile al 100% (una delle caratteristiche che apprezzo maggiormente).
Let's start with an instrument that I recently discovered but that immediately made me fall in love: It's called OP-1 is a synthesizer, sampler and sequencer that was developed by Teenage Engineering in 2011. As you can see it is composed of a midi keyboard, multifunction knobs, an AMOLED display and the browsing part with the stop, play, edit and other keys, it is also equipped with a speaker, a microphone and a battery that make it portable 100% (one of the characteristics that I appreciate most).

Possiede 12 motori di sintesi molto curati, la possibilità di registrare fino a 4 traccie, 2 sampler per il piano e per le percussioni e 6 sequencer unici per 6 diverse azioni midi, tutto ciò che serve per costruire una traccia!
Ha inoltre 2 porte jack da 3.5mm una in uscita e una in entrata per connettere cuffie e microfono più una porta usb per connetterlo al pc.
It has 12 very accurate synthesis engines, the ability to record up to 4 tracks, 2 samplers for the piano and percussions and 6 unique sequencers for 6 different midi actions, everything you need to build a track! It also has 2 3.5mm jack ports one out and one in to connect headphones and microphone plus a USB port to connect it to the PC.
Ha vinto diversi premi sia per il design che per le funzionalità è visto come uno strumento molto accessibile a livello pratico e creativo che lo rende un pezzo unico nel mondo della composizione musicale, tant'è vero che è incluso nella collezione del San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
It has won several awards for both design and functionality and is seen as a very accessible tool at a practical and creative level which makes it a unique piece in the world of musical composition, so much so that it is included in the collection of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
Dopo aver visto qualche video ho subito deciso che è lo strumento ideale per me, anche perchè forse a breve cambierò lavoro e dovrò spostarmi molto; avrò sempre con me uno strumento completo per poter esprimere al meglio la mia creatività.
