MY CLEANING ACTIVITIES FOR THE NEW MONTH

Happy new month to you all. Am happy welcoming you all to the month of August. Regardless , we shouldn't forget that it is our responsibility to keep the environment clean.As a student, I've found that a clean environment has a major impact on my physiology and overall well-being. When I study in a clean, organised environment, I feel less stressed and distracted, allowing me to focus more effectively on my responsibilities. A clutter-free atmosphere helps me think more clearly, strengthening my cognitive capabilities and capacity to absorb and retain knowledge. Additionally, adequate air quality is critical for my respiratory health. Being in a clean environment decreases my exposure to dust and allergens, which can otherwise cause respiratory problems and poor concentration. Furthermore, a clean atmosphere often indicates greater hygiene, which minimises the risk of illness and helps me keep healthier in general. This guarantees that I have the necessary energy and stamina for academic success. Thus, keeping my study area clean and organised is critical to both my physiological and academic performance.
