Where is the mannerism and common courtesy ?

Nice shoes but please don't put them on the seat.

I was sitting near this gentleman in the peak hour train to Sydney CBD. He didn't even care that somebody may sit in the seat where his foot is resting and also that it is bad manners to have your foot in someone's face (not literally).

not only this is a violation of public transport act and is an offence that carries around 200$ fine but also a display of bad mannerism.

Have you had a similar experience before where bad manners were at display ?
