The Field of Water Warmed, 4 Countries Keep Playing, It's The Coach's Comments

It's been a week since Aceh is washed away by rain, it's natural that Aceh has just entered the rainy season.

Interestingly, despite the rainy week, but the Banda Aceh Harapan Bangsa Stadium, the field used for the 2017 Aceh World Solidarity Cup (AWSC) International tournament was not inundated.

Until the game ended, the field was still wet with rain. Parties PSSI present at the stadium did not give instructions for the game was stopped.

Reflecting on the international football match, in the 2018 World Cup qualifier between Albania against Macedonia on 6 September 2016, when entering the 76th minute, the match was forced to stop because the field at Loro Borici stadium, Shkoder, Albania was waterlogged, the game ended 1-1.

Even similar events also occurred in the 2018 World Cup qualifying match between Croatia and Kosovo at Maksimir Stadium, Zagreb on 2 September 2017 ago. New run 22 minutes of the game had to be stopped because the water inundated the field. As reported by football5star, the game was forced to stop because players have trouble controlling the ball, and the flow of the ball stopped because of puddles. The match held at the Harapan Bangsa stadium in Banda Aceh continues for up to 90 minutes.

It does not lead to complaints from all players and coaches. The four coaches of the football team that competed in AWSC 2017 did not question about the wet field. Call it Mongolian coach Weis Michael, though defeated 0-3 by Kirgyzstan, Weis admitted defeat his team received was not due to the wet field factor.

"We lost no field factor, but the Kirgyzstan team is very good," Michael said. Meanwhile, Brunei Darussalam National Team Coach Ng Stephen Heng Seng said his side did not question about the wet field.

"It is unstable field conditions in heavy rain like this, but Indonesia played very well, and we have a chance in the next game," said Stephen. The same is also expressed by Kirgyzstan Team Manager Azamat Baimatov, he admitted the Kirgyzstan National Team players are enjoying the match in Aceh.

Kirgyzstan itself won 3-0 over Mongolia. While Indonesia National Team Coach Luis Milla said, indeed the condition of the field could affect the game foster children, but the players can still play well.

"In the field conditions like we can see the first 30 minutes of my team still controlled the game, and in the next 30 minutes sata water to win the field, but my team still controlled the game, it also happened to the Asian Cup qualifiers against Thailand, conditions like this can so there are additional scenarios or sekma for the Asia Games, and most importantly my team can prove that they play very well, "said Luis Milla.
