What do you like to eat during snacks?

Usually most of us eat three times a day only , breakfast , lunch and dinner but there are times that we will get hungry in the middle of each meals. I guess there is no denying that our brains are telling us to eat whenever we are used to get worked up. I guess we should feed ourselves and not just wait for those main meal time.

If you are feeling hungry don't hesitate yourself to eat just a little food, it's better to feed up yourself rather than holding yourself due to hunger. This will sometimes results some negativity to our body if we just ignore them. Saving money is OK but when it is necessary to spent money for consumption then it's another situation.

So if you think you are hungry, do not think for another reason not to feed yourself. Just immediate accommodate and satisfy your hunger. You will surely be satisfied when you filled up your stomach after some pain that you feel.

Now, the question is what do you eat during snacks. It does not matter if you choose the healthier food over some non-healthy foods. Just think that you will fill your satisfaction and that's it, that's only the big concern why you should eat snack.

But if you can make some budget, then that would be better. Remember to spent less amount compare to your main meal just to minimize your expense.
