Will we wait for @ned and crew to launch Smart Media Tokens?
I say hell no, look at all of the great projects starting to unfold right now in the Steem ecosystem that are front running the launch of SMT's.
I have read some very negative post's on other blogs about pre launching and air drops to steemians before SMT's have been launched.
Some say they are asking for hand out's and will run away with your hard earned Steem, Others claim it's a scam! (use your due diligence)
I can tell you that this is complete FUD!
I would like to highlight a few great projects that I am currently backing and very bullish about in no particular order.

@actifit is another one I really like and have been using every day. It is a fitness tracker and drops tokens for using the app and delegations.
This is a great way to get in shape and get up votes from their rapidly growing account.
I have noticed I'm now getting weekly dividends also.

@cleanplanet is one I just started supporting and it up votes people for picking up trash and having it recycled. Delegations are also accepted and you will be rewarded with tokens.
As you can see the SMT train will not wait for Steemit.inc anymore and if we all start helping out these early adapters we can force the SMT god's to get the damn ball rolling!
