I took this photo on August 17, 2018, on the carnival day of the 73rd Indonesian Independence Day celebration. I use an OPPO F3 smart phone to take this photo.This is the original photo without edits.
This photo is very special to me because this child looks different from other children. he uses ethnic Papuan clothes that are very natural and to me very beautiful. His innocent face and deep smile seemed to want to tell that Indonesia had been independent 70 years ago and there were still Indonesian children who did not have a decent life.
He hopes Indonesia with its mature age should be more advanced and independent in the future and become a beautiful place for all children in Indonesia.
