Today is the first time in weeks we've had a chance to ease into the day. It's just after 10am and we're now getting up!! Happy sleep-in Saturday. Tommorow we'll be up at 6am to get to basketball, so today's sleep-in is a real bonus!
Of coure a good sleep-in is best accompanied by a good cup of coffee...
How do you like the layers on that one!! You need to get the milk temperature just right, and then gently pour your coffee shot into the mug so it doesn't mix to much. The result is 3 layers of milk and coffee, with a nice bright head of froth.
Mmmm now it's time for breakfast... I smell pancakes cooking!!
