You need

  • drink plenty of water during the day
  • turn to the right when falling asleep. it activates your ida nadi energy channel which is soothing calming
  • after 5PM do nothing too active.. relax calm down... no reading no mental activities. meditate some
  • turn off all electricity and all electronics.
