sleep is the most important thing for your body. literally the most important.
You need
- drink plenty of water during the day
- turn to the right when falling asleep. it activates your ida nadi energy channel which is soothing calming
- after 5PM do nothing too active.. relax calm down... no reading no mental activities. meditate some
- turn off all electricity and all electronics.
- use ear plugs if you have noise around you
- if you can sleep alone. energy disturbances from others are real
- chose a location which is energetically calm (house, land etc.)
