Studies have shown that women prefer their shower temperature hotter than the average man. In these studies women have weaker circulation, therefore a lower body temperature, particularly in their extremities.
I personally prefer the heat high enough that my skin goes red just after a few seconds under the water.
However, there are also studies showing that a quick dip of just 30 seconds in ice cold water can help the heart, weight loss, clarity and metabolism.
So ladies, while it’s a comfort and feels like warm apple pie to stand under those heated showers, it’s best, as a whole, to take a tip from the other chromosomes and let the water go cold.
