According to American college of Emergency physicians A Doctor working on the cruise ship should possess a qualification atleast emegency medicine ,internal medicine or anesthesia .If not they should be having experience in emergency medicine or internal medicine. Which is not always true, there are instances where medical director will bring doctors directly after passing bachelors degree.

How many doctors will be on each ship?
It depends upon the size of the ship and number of people traveling on the ship.
Now all companies are at least keeping two doctors at a time.
There will be a ship doctor and a senior doctor.

How much do they pay per month for a doctor?
It depends upon the company where you are working.
Salary range-8000-90000USD for ship doctor
Senior doctor-11000-13000USD

How is the cabin allotment for the doctors?
Senior doctor will be residing in a suit cabin and other ship doctor might have to adjust with a single cabin

You need ACLS BLS ATLS and PALS.
