How I Maintain My Sexy Body

It started couple years ago when I started my journey of becoming fit. I wanted to improve on my strength to get better at it I started heavy weight lifting last year to build on muscle mass. I do an hour workout. I also run twice or once a week. I want to get myself into crossfit ( :

I drink protein shakes after my workouts as well..
