Hey Niigata Steemians. Payout time again.
As you can tell, there has been large delay between last payout and this one. So far no one has run me out of town with pitchforks fort the delay (a fact for which I am eternally grateful), but if the sometimes delayed and sporadic payout schedule is a bother, please do let me know, and we can all work something out where maybe we could set up a rotaing schedule for posting the payouts.
