This is why as a vegan and a true person that cares for nature, you should ask for permission and give thanks when harvesting plants. You should also do it with a heart of love and only get what you need and no more.

And this is also why people who eat vegan based diets are said to be more clairvoyant. This is because you are what you eat. I am a plant that needs water, sunlight and nutrients to grow. Science is indeed amazing. Even more so when coupled with spiritual insight. Saw this information before but it was a good refresher. thanks for the post.
