Carbon-dioxide (CO2) will be used to produce fuel.

Petrol or gasoline is a widely used fossil fuel that is a refined form of natural crude oil.

It is also known as gasoline in the United States, Canada and many other countries. In United Kingdom, India and in most of the commonwealth countries it is known as patrol.

Modern soundless small cars are mostly petrol or octane operated. The amount of carbon dioxide in the air is increasing due to excessive use of gasoline or petrol in most parts of the world including the United States.

But now a Canadian company involved with Harvard University has confirmed that it has invented a great technique to produce gasoline from polluted carbon dioxide and hydrogen. The company thinks that if they can collect the carbon dioxide and the hydrogen from the air, it will be able to play an important role in the world economy.

The Canadian company has confirmed that they have already been able to produce the liquid fuel from carbon dioxide collected from the air. To do this, they have to cross two steps. The first step is to collect carbon dioxide from the air. In the second step, it will be mixed with hydrogen collected from the water to produce the gasoline. The interesting part of this fuel is that though it is produced from the carbon dioxide; but Carbon dioxide will not be spread in the environment from this fuel.

Professor of Applied Physics at Harvard University and Founder of Carbon Engineering David Keith said that if our project could be implemented in a large scale, it would play an important role in preventing climate change. As well as carbon absorption from the environment, there will be no anxiety of spreading carbon in the air in the future.

Since 2015, the pilot project was going on in University of British Columbia. But this time they brought it in front of everyone. Their research report has been published in International Journal. If this process is implemented, it will cost less than $ 100 to reduce one-ton carbon dioxide from the air. Currently, it costs much more than that; at present, about $ 600 is required to absorb carbon dioxide per ton. It is possible to absorb one million tons of carbon dioxide per year by one of such machine during producing gasoline. Every year around 40 billion tons of carbon-dioxide pollutes the Earth.
