Taken by my wife on one of her trips to Antarctica aboard the RRS James Clark Ross. The area is known as Elliott Passage. The aircraft are two of the four Twin Otters operated by the British Antarctic Survey, on their way to Rothera Research Station on Adelaide Island.
Not a bad view from the office!
