SIR ALBERT EINSTEIN PREDICTED THE EXISTENCE OF BLACK HOLE IN 1916 WITH HIS THEORY OF RELATIVITY. BLACK HOLE IS A REGION OF SPACETIME WHICH EXHIBITS A STRONG GRAVITATIONAL EFFECT IN WHICH NOTHING CAN ESCAPE FROM IT. (THIS MEANS THAT ANYTHING THAT ENTERS THIS HOLE CANT COME OUT DUE TO ITS HIGH GRAVITATIONAL PULL, NOT EVEN PARTICLES AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATIONS SUCH AS LIGHT).
BLACK HOLES ARE FORMED WHENEVER A COMPACT MASS DEFORMS SPACETIME TO FORM A BLACKHOLE. A SPACETIME IS ANY MATHEMATICAL MODEL THAT FUSES THE 3-DIMENSIONS OF SPACE (X,Y,Z COORDINATES) AND THE 1-DIMENSION OF TIME INTO A SINGLE FOUR DIMENSIONAL CONTINUUM. THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF BLACK HOLE;

THE STELLAR BLACK HOLES:
THESE ARE FORMED WHEN STARS COLLAPSE AND CONTINUES TO COMPRESS. THE BLACK HOLE FORMED BY THE FALLEN STARS ARE 'SMALLER' BUT INCREDIBLY DENSE BUT THEY ENGULF GAS AND DUST PARTICLES FROM THE GALAXY AROUND THEM DUE TO THE GRAVITATIONAL FORCE THEY POSSESS

THE INTERMEDIATE BLACK HOLES
RECENT RESEARCH SHOWS THAT BLACK HOLES ALSO COME IN INTERMEDIATE FORMS TOO. THE INTERMEDIATE BLACK HOLES ARE FORMED AS A RESULT OF STARS IN A CLUSTER COLLIDING IN A CHAIN REACTION. THE INTERMEDIATE BLACK HOLES ARE HARD TO FIND

THE SUPPERMASSIVE BLACK HOLES
THESE ARE FORMED WHEN STELLAR BLACK HOLES MERGE TOGETHER. THEY ARE DOMINANT AND THEY AREA MILLIONS OR BILLIONS TIMES AS MASSIVE AS THE SUN. THEY TEND TO LIE AT THE MIDDLE OF EVERY GALAXY AND ALSO IN THE MILKY WAY.THEY HAVE HIGHER GRAVITATIONAL PULL THAN ANY OTHER TYPE OF BLACK HOLE
