Let me preface this by saying that I'm not completely new to steemit but I AM new to buying steem power. and bitcoin. and litecoin. But apparently I have bought both bitcoin and litecoin. I kind of spent without planning, or thinking it through...
I have one hard copy notebook which is just a disorganized mess. But THE KEYS are in there...
My issue is with this GEMINI app on my iphone that has taken 200 USD and still hasn't "verified my account" for over 2 weeks... There's always a way to add more funds. but cashing out my bitcoin is a No Go and customer service? FORGET ABOUT IT!
So sometimes I can see my portfolio (and lately the bitcoin USD value has been at about 190...) but then this is what I get:
-I have 180 USD worth of bitcoin on this app for ios called GEMINI. but it still says I'm being verified , or at least it did until I opened the app today and got THIS MESSAGE:
So does anyone else have experience with the GEMINI WALLET APP and can offer any advice? Will my portfolio come back? Is there a master abort button I don't know about? Yes. I am a noob. Thanks.
...and can't withdraw it or do anything. DID I GET SCAMMED???
-I just figured out how to buy steem now, (after a year of knowing about it)
... so it's baby steps for me. Literally No One in my peer group uses computers for anything beyond porn, social media or netflix so alone I toil.
