Matthew 18:21-22 (KJV)
21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin >against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?
22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until >seventy times seven.
"forgiveness" i have come to discovered is not for those you are forgiving but for you because until you decide to forgive and let go, you will not have peace of mind and it will eat away at you.
when Jesus told peter to forgive 70 times we was looking out for peter and we serve an all forgiving GOD
