Is it legal to smoke cannabis in your front yard? (I tried finding the answer)
it seems it really differs county by county whether your front yard is considered "public" in this context. Tried looking for a bit but couldnt find anything that goes into this detail.
I ask simply because I saw someone doing it. Even though I do not smoke It did not bother me or anything. It actually reminded me of places abroad that are a lot more relaxed about these things. It made me curious if he could actually get in trouble and is it even enforced if so.
