At first it was pretty intense and shoulder to should. Then we started to thin out a bit once we hit these couple hills.
We walked some
We ran some
We jogged a little too
What a perfect morning to feel a little burn in the legs and in the lungs.
The dredded ‘side-ache’ was crippling hear young runners but they kept pushing on until the finish line.
Well I got me workout in for the month
