This is going to be short as I’m just so tired, I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I just needed to write about my last run quickly before I go to bed.
This morning I struggled to get out of bed but I had to as I’m so close to completing the 4 month training plan that I’ve been following, I can’t mess it up now. I only had to do a 30 minute run which is about 5k.
It was awful but I kept going.
What am I going to do after this? I’m going to have so much free time!
