One Hour Easy Run

Did my easy run today near my place after 5pm as usual. Slightly drizzling weather which was good for long distance runners.

Cold weather lowered your body tempretures, hence your heart rate won't shoot up easily. Fully hydrated with 1.5 litre of water, a cup of Long Black coffee 30 minutes before run. Shoes almost worned out after approximately at 600km total mileage used. Its time to use my other shoes.😀
