Posting content and pictures that aren't your original stuff is frowned upon. You should cite your sources if you quote someone etc. Spam might be things like posting the same meme over and over or putting irrelevant links on someone's else's thread. I'm new though, so you'll likely get better answers from others. Just post your own photos and text and you should be okay. Too many posts in a day can be irritating sometimes to some users.
