eFedZone Tutorial

You will want to head over to www.efedzone.com for this to begin your eWrestling career.

If you are brand new to eWrestling, you might want to make a few stops first.

What is eWrestling? https://steemit.com/roleplaying/@vastrix/what-is-ewrestling-9e46ef3260825

This link will give you a brief introduction to the weird and addictive hobby known as eWrestling.

Then on to making an eWrestler, tag team, and stable. https://steemit.com/roleplaying/@vastrix/building-a-ewrestler-tagteam-and-stable-a67d5c6c083d1

Once you get the gist of what eWrestling is, this link will help you create a wrestler.

Once you get a wrestler created, you’ll want some info on how best to roleplay. That’s where this link will come into play.

https://steemit.com/roleplaying/@vastrix/advanced-roleplaying-techniques-10441cce2b26f

The techniques described are not really “Advanced Techniques” persay, but are basic building blocks. I just find that a lot of roleplayers do not follow these.

Today, we will be discussing how to best create a character, join an eFed, and post a roleplay once you are booked.

Once you find your way to www.efedzone.com, you will want to go to the bottom of the page where you will find “Create a Wrestler” or you can cheat and hit this link right here http://efedzone.com/wrestlers/create.

You’ll fill out the info in the form and hit submit.

You can go back into the profile of your wrestler by going to the Network drop down menu and hitting “Wrestler Database” or this link here to be simple. http://www.efedzone.com/wrestlers

You will pick out your wrestler and then be able to edit the details. This is where you will be able to upload the picbase of your wrestler (under 100k in size) to the site. Best to have it at 125x125 as well to look decent on the card and roster board.

Now you will want to pick a fed to join. Hit the Network drop down menu once again and then find your way to Federations. This link will get you there all the faster http://www.efedzone.com/fed

This is where you will want to do a bit of homework on the feds listed. The first thing that you will see if the names of each of the feds and their banners. You’ll want to look at the activity level of the fed in question. Read a couple of shows, check out a couple of roleplays, and forum activity.

Personally, I would check out Riot Star Wrestling or Ultimate Online Wrestling. RSW has been around for longer, but UOW has a system where you can get paid an income for roleplaying. Not like “This is my job” income, but “This hobby pays for a beer from time to time” income.

Ultimate Online Wrestling

When you apply to a given fed, there will be two drop down menus. One will select the wrestler that you want to apply with. The second is alignment if you will be playing as Heel, Face, or Neutral. This second menu is unimportant as it shows up literally nowhere else on the site. You will play as the role you want to have.

Once you apply, one of two things will happen. If a given Federation has an Open Door policy, you’ll be in right away and be able to post in the Fed’s forum right away. If it is a Reviewed Door policy, you will need to wait to see if you are accepted in. Then you will be able to post on the forum in the fed in question.

Now to see that you are booked. You just click on the Event tab and click on the latest event in question. You will see the deadline on the right, but this may be more specifically listed someplace else.

When you write up your roleplay, you will click on Wrestler to pull up the menu to add Roleplay. Click on that. Assuming that you have written up your roleplay on a document to be able to spellcheck it, you’ll click on “Paste” and then paste into the little box that pops up before hitting ok. Then, you’ll hit submit.

That’s the basics of it. However, if you want that chance of being paid. You can also set up an account at Steemit.com and post a copy of your roleplay there. For Steemit Feds like UOW, you’ll post your roleplay to Steemit and then post a link to the roleplay in your normal roleplay section.

Of course if you’re reading this, chances are you already have such an account lol
